Straw

Hey Everyone!

 I can't believe it is June, Time is flying and the months are going by quick! 

I just wanted to share with you all a movie I recently watched Starring Taraji P Henson, Sherri Shepherd, Teyana Taylor produced and directed by Tyler Perry.

The movie is very moving and emotional, powerful and an intense storyline. 

The movie starts off with a lady named Janiyah Wilkinson who is doing everything she can to take of her eight year old Daughter Aria, she lives in a run-down apartment.

 One morning before Aria goes to school she goes to bathe Aria so she can be ready for the day and School, she moves Arias Science Project to the side so it doesn't get messed up, Aria is very frustrated that her mom won't let her clean herself in the tub her mom tells her that she is doing for her because she doesn't want her to fall and hurt herself like she did before.

She tells her mom that her teacher announced in front of the class she can't afford her lunch and has to have a special lunch, her mom tells her she will bring some money to her so she can eat like everyone else and not be made of or teased by the other kids. Janiyah is upset about the situation she tries to put her focus on work and making the situation that Aria is in a little easier for her. 

Aria was a Preemie she has a series of health complications her mom has to work extra hard at her jobs to get the medicine her daughter needs to be healthy and strong.

It is only her and Aria, she really doesn't have anyone else that supports her or encourages her when she needs help with Aria or feeling stressed and upset when she needs someone to talk to, her landlord is about to kick her out because she's overdue on her rent and her boss that she works for is very mean and insulting to her.  

She's also a single mom everything that Janiyah does and puts all her energy into is for Aria she has two jobs that she does, one of her jobs that she does is working at a Super Center as a Cashier.  

She makes it to her job at work and immediately runs into a situation with one of the customers, she is trying to use one of her cards and Janiyah tells her the WIC Card that she has won't work for most of her items, the lady gets mad at her and tells the person behind her lets go he throws a glass bottle at her and it breaks into a million pieces, her unsympathetic  boss commands her to clean up the mess that she just made, she goes to the back and is getting the mop and bucket ready.

Then she gets a call on the phone and supposedly its the school calling about her daughter, one of her medical conditions is Epilepsy.

She has episodes often and from that her mom is taking her to the hospital a lot, her boss is reluctant to let her leave he does anyway and tells her to be back in thirty minutes even though that is hard to make happen she says ok, she goes on her way to school, and finds out as soon as she is there she sees Child Protective Services is taking Aria away because of the the different things that was heard about Janiyah and how she is taking Care of her.

She needs her paycheck to pay her rent, and to help Aria with her health problems, her boss refuses to give her check and tells her he will send it in the mail.

Janiyah tries going to the bank to withdraw some money for her daughters lunch the Line is too long to wait in the manager tells her to come back and try later,Janiyah pleads with the school and Social Services to not take her daughter, they tell her she is in good hands and will be ok.

As Janiyah makes her way back to work, she accidentally runs off an off Duty Police Officer and he throws a drink  at her car window and threatens her life, the police arrive and they take away her car for having expired documents she makes it back to work and ends up getting fired.

Her boss still refuses to give her her paycheck, when she gets back home she sees that she has been evicted and her landlord has thrown all of her belongings in the rain outside that was her last straw. she is so frustrated and upset with what has happened to her so far that day and in her life, she has reached a breaking point, she returns to the store to confront her boss for her pay, and two robbers come into the office and demand money from her boss, and try to take the backpack that has Arias belongings in it, she fights the robber and she somehow ends up with the gun and ends up shooting him, then her boss blames her for the whole situation and calls the police she claims he knew her name from her name tag he tells her she's going to jail and how will she be a good parent from Jail ? 

He ends up getting shot,  she gets her paycheck and goes to the bank, the teller refuses to cash her check without an ID, Janiyah is desperate, she pulls out her gun and tells the teller to hand over the cash, the silent alarm is triggered.

 The bank manager Nicole recognizes her and tries to calm her down, Detective Raymond and Grimes are checking out the earlier incident in the store and find out about the robbery in the bank. Detective Raymond a former Army Negotiator builds a rapport with Janiyah, and she is empathetic and kinds towards her and builds trust with Janiyah, she tells Detective Raymond she isn't coming out till the Police Officer that threatened her is gone and removed from the scene, Detective Raymond promises Janiyah that she will be ok, and that she will find the cop and have him removed she stays by her side the whole entire time.

You will have to see the rest of the movie to find out what happens with Janiyah and her situation. 

The movie is very heavy and real it shows you a whole other side of what single moms do and how far they go to take care of their kids, and how hard life can be for them sometimes especially if they don't have anyone else to support them or walk with them or help them in their time of need, Taraji Put her whole heart and spirit into the character of Janiyah you could feel all the emotions and feelings that she had pouring out of her, she brought her character to life, it was really Real and Raw. Taraji is an outstanding actress, she is in incredible and amazing in everything she does. She has a beautiful and kind heart and a happy smile.

It makes you want to jump in the screen and help her character Janiyah with what she is going through and that she has someone on her side. 

Sherri Shepherd did an amazing job as the manager Nicole, she was so kind and loving, and really helped Janiyah and stayed by her side the entire time and helped Janiyah to live and fight her life she let her know that she had a friend. 

My favorite Character from the movie is Detective Raymond. She was an amazing detective, she was very empathetic and sincere towards Janiyah and she was able to relate to her situation, she stayed with her the whole time and continued talking with her and kept promising her she will be ok and that everything will be ok and to keep listening to her voice. 

Teyana Taylor did that! She played that role and slayed it  I am giving her a 10/10...  My first movie I Saw her in was Madeas Big Happy family where she played Sabrina the girlfriend of Byron! She is truly amazing and such a kind and incredible lady and deserves to have her flowers. She is loved by many and has blessed a lot of people!

My favorite Scene from the movie is when Detective Raymond punched  the cop in the face, and told him he's done! You are done! And I was saying to myself, that's what you get! You go Detective Raymond! You show him!

I want to encourage all the moms, and the single moms I know that life can be hard sometimes, and can get really full and busy I want you to know that you will always have someone with you to help you with whatever you need, you will always have someone in your corner, you will never be alone!  You Got this! There will never be anything to hard that you can't handle keep your head up! Don't Give Up, Someone will always be there to lift you up and encourage you and support you! 

I know being a single mom can be a hard thing, with being a single parent you can give your child double the love! They will appreciate all you have done for them and continuing to do! You have a village and someone will be by your side Always! 

My favorite Taraji P Henson movies are Proud Mary,  I can do bad all by myself, Karate Kid

I recommend this movie to anyone who wants to watch a powerful and moving story! Awesome Job Mr. Perry You are an incredible Actor and person and loved by many!

Never Been Kissed

 

Hey Everyone! 

I hope you all are doing well, and I hope you all have a wonderful June. I know Graduation is approaching and weddings are happening, I am so excited and happy for you all.. 

Congratulations to those who are celebrating all these amazing achievements. This is another step and milestone in your journey and always remember and cherish forever. 

I have decided to write about one of my favorite movies starring Drew Barrymore, Jessica Alba Micheal Vartan, David Arquette Molly Shannon, James Franco and a whole cast of wonderful people. 

The movie starts off with a girl named Josie who is a little insecure and she is a twenty five year old copy editor of the Chicago Sun Times.

She’s never been in a real relationship, one day her editor and chief Rigfort decides to let her do an undercover story at a high school to help parents become aware of Their children’s lives, her first day at South Glen South High School is miserable.

Josie reverts back to her old geek persona that ruined her first high school experience, she unfortunately has a run in with three obnoxious popular girls, Kirsten, Kristen, Gibby, and the schools most popular and attractive student Guy Perkins.

Josie is losing hope, she befriends a kind young lady named Aldys, she loathes Guy and his Gang she invites Josie to be a part of her group Denominators a group of intelligent students.

Josie is falling in love with her English teacher Sam Coulson and becomes the top student in his class after reciting  a romantic excerpt from Shakespeare to Sam, she has horrible flashbacks to when she read a romantic poem aloud to her class to her high school crush a boy named Billy Prince who later asked her to the senior prom Making her dream come true.

However on the night of the prom Billy arrives with another girl, and they do something really mean they hurl eggs and insults at Josie, that humiliate and break her heart, one evening while hanging out with Aldys they come upon Guy and his gang at a local hangout called the court where underage drinking happens and other things.

 Her managing editor Augustus Gus Strauss loses patience with Josie after a rival paper scoops the court story  and orders Josie to become friends with the popular group in school, he arranges her to wear a hidden camera and soon people become obsessed with her story.

Josie confides in her brother Rob about her fears, Rob who was their  most popular high schools boy in their teens urges her to start anew and urges to let go of her old self,  and he helps her fit in with the popular crowd, much to the dismay of her new friend Aldys, Sam and Josie grow closer, Sam struggles with his feelings he thinks she is a high school student.

Guy and Josie attend the Prom as Rosalind and Orlando from Shakespeares as you like it, her coworkers and Anita are really enjoying watching from the camera and tickled pink when Josie is voted Prom Queen, As Guy dances with Aldys as an act of friendship.

The popular girls attempt to dump a can of Dog Food on  Aldys, outraged Josie prevents that from happening and the dog food ends up on the popular girls, she throws her crown away and ends up revealing who she is, she praises  Aldys for her kindness and warns the high school students that one’s persona in high school means nothing in the real world.

Sam is hurt about her lies and states he wants nothing to do with her, the other person that is angry is her brother Rob whose identity was revealed by Josie which ruins his second chance at baseball when he was a fake student, Josie makes amends by securing him a job as a baseball coach at the school, Josie vows to give Gus a story and writes an account of her experience. 

You will have to see the rest the movie to find out what happens next, I can assure you it is a happy ending for everyone, I decided to write about this movie because I love the story and how it can relate to where people are in their parts of their life. 

It made me think of when I was in high school, and the dreams and plans I had for when I was done with high school.

 I am so thankful to all my teachers that helped me in my journey while I was in school and preparing for the real world, I had a good relationship with all my teachers and I stay in touch with all of them. They were a part in who I am today. Also high school musical was a part of my childhood, and journey to music. It’s also a part of who I am Today. 

And I also wanted to tell you always stay true to who you are, never think you have to change yourself for someone else to get them to be your friend or like you, the real friends will like you for who you are, and be there for you whenever you need them. 

And other people who pretend to be your friend will like you for what you can give them and not like you for who you are. 

If you have had a scary past experience, try to grow from that and believe everything will be ok and that you are a phenomenal person on the inside and outside and that whatever people you have in your crew will always be there for you, you can always count on them for anything.

I have a wonderful crew of friends that I am so happy to have, also I am so glad and grateful to have my big sister in my crew, she’s a good person to have around and in my crew. 

I am glad to my church family in my life too, I have a lot of church family members and friends that look out for me and care about me and my journey in life. I am so grateful and thankful for them and all they have done for me and they really care about my dog baby Elijah, that makes me happy as well because he means a lot to me.

 She knows me better than I know myself, I call her my big sis because she feels like a sister to me and I talk to her about everything, she is a really fun lady and always brightens whatever room she in.. I could go on and on.. she just means a lot to me.

 I would like to give you a tip, it is good a thing to keep the people that stay with you in your ups and downs, not just celebrate you when you are having a lot of ups and not downs.

The people who love and care about you will be there for always no matter what you are going through, I have a lot of wonderful and amazing people in my life who have been there for me and have known me since I came into the world as a baby, they always support me and encourage me and make me smile.

Stay true to who you are and always love and celebrate yourself. The real you is absolutely amazing and a bright and shining star 🌟.

My favorite scene from the movie , is the finale part of the movie, where she loves who she is and she cel herself and everyone is cheering her on and happy for her. 

That scene always makes me smile. 

Drew Barrymore really brings Josie to life, and you feel like she’s actually the character in real life. Check out some of her movies when you get a chance, you will absolutely love them. 

I recommend this movie to anyone who wants to watch a good movie.

High school Musical 3

 Hey Everyone!

I hope you all are having a wonderful May so far, I have had a great one…. I learned the boots on the ground dance and I have been having a good time at work.

 As June is approaching I was thinking about High School and graduation, it’ll be ten years June third since I have graduated from high school.

I graduated June 3 2015 and I loved and enjoyed all my years of school, I know that is graduation season and those of you who have kids are so excited and happy for your kids and what they are going to do next in the world, and you can’t believe how fast they are growing up.

 I just want you all to know your kids will always be with you and always treasure and cherish all the time you spent together. 

One of my favorite memories from my childhood and one movie I grew up watching is High School Musical,  I absolutely loved that movie.

I loved all the characters and the songs I think my favorite one was High School Musical 3, The cast is Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu, Monique Coleman, Kaycee Stroh, Oleysa Rulin, Bart Johnson, Matt Prokop, Chris Warren, Ryne Sanborn, Matt Prokop, and a whole cast of amazing people.

 The movie starts off with East Highs Basketball team compete against their long time rival, the West High Knights the final game of the season,  it’s half time at the game and East high is losing their senior basketball game.

Troy the captain of the basketball team rallies his teammates together and they end up winning the game, Troy and his teammates have a celebration at his house, and during the party him and his girlfriend Gabriella talk about their unknown futures after they graduate from High School and the short time they have left at East High.

The next day at school Mrs. Darbus notices the lack of students signing up for the musical, Sharpay Evans the popular girl at school, and she is absolutely fabulous she suggests a one-woman show, Kelsi reveals she signed everyone up for for the musical much to their Dismay.

Mrs. Darbus announces the show will be called Senior Year,  focusing on the futures of the upcoming graduates she also reveals Troy, Sharpay, Ryan and Kelsi have all been considered for a scholarship at Juilliard.

 Troy has never heard of that school, you will find out more about that later in the movie, only one person will be chosen for the scholarship and Sharpay wants to win she knows that Kelsi always chooses the best songs for Troy and Gabriella.

She gets Ryan to try to persuade Kelsi to give them a song predicting her and Ryan’s future,  Sharpay later befriends a girl named Tiara Gold who is a British transfer student.

 She is Sharpays assistant and they start working together, however Sharpays classmates and her brother try to warn her and tell her that Tiara is using Sharpay for her own gain you will find out more about that’ll later it’s a surprising turn.

 Sharpay refuses to believe what her friends and Ryan is telling her, a little later in school Troy and Gabriella are on the rooftop and that’s where he asks Gabriella to prom and she accepts that scene in the movie is beautiful and the song is absolutely cute and heartwarming she teaches him how to dance.

Chad asks Taylor to the dance and at first she refuses his invitation then later he asks her in a big and cute way she accepts his invitation then and she’s so excited the group then rehearses a scene in the musical with a scene about their prom night.

The next day Ryan and Kelsi rehearse for the musical and while they are going over the play Ryan asks Kelsi to the prom and she happily accepts, Troy and Chad are fondly remembering memories they had in Reilys Auto Parts.

Tiara finds out that Gabriella has been accepted into the Stanford Honors program, she informs Sharpay, she then informs Troy and convinces him that he’s holding Gabriella back from going, Troy visits Gabriella and has a talk with her and tells her to go to the program.

She leaves for college the next day, Troy and his father jack argue about which college he’s going to, Troy drives to his high school conflicted and he ends up screaming to let out his frustrations and troubles he has going on in his mind. 

Mrs. Darbus hears him and she tells him that she made a call to Juilliard and told them about him, and she’s hoping that it was ok he tells her that it’s ok and that he’s just trying to figure everything out Mrs. Darbus says he will and everything will be just fine.

Troy later gets a call from Gabriella who informs that although she loves him she won’t make it back for prom or graduation, however on the night of the prom, Troy does the sweetest thing he drives to where she is and tells her his prom is where ever she is, they have their own dance , meanwhile back at the School Sharpay is preparing and getting ready for her debut in the play.

Troy texts Jimmie Zara known as Rocket Man to take his place in the show he is Troy’s understudy, he lets him know he will be late to the show, Kelsi and Ryan start the show Jimmie Troy’s understudy he performs with Sharpay and he embarrasses her, Troy and Gabriella appear during the second half of the show and perform their song together.

And then unfortunately Sharpay who thought Tiara was nice and sweet she actually betrays Sharpay and tells her she will be running the drama department next year, and Sharpay being the star that she is decides to upstage Tiara as payback and show her who’s the boss and who will be running the drama department next year. 

You will have to see the movie to find out what happens next, it is a very happy and moving ending.

 I decided to write about this movie because it’s a special movie from my childhood and it’s something I enjoy watching and singing along too and it’s a movie everyone can enjoy and relate too I also decided to write about because Ashley Tisdale who plays Sharpay and who did an outstanding job playing her she is reprising her role as Candace Flynn from Phineas and Ferb she plays the older sister she does an amazing job playing he too, she is my favorite character in the show, the new season is starting next month be on the look out for it she has such a kind and caring heart and has beautiful kids and she has said in interviews her daughter Jupiter tells everyone she’s Sharpays baby.

 I think Ashley brought a lot of fun and sassiness and popularity to the role of Sharpay she’s certainly a memorable character my favorite song that she sings is fabulous and bop to the top Even though Sharpay may act a little bit more dramatic.

 In some cases she really is kind and loving at heart and just wants to have a fabulous time, she also loves her dog boi and the color pink everything she has is in the color pink even her car and her locker is pink and she has doesn’t have the color orange in anything she owns or wears. 

I think Sharpay is one of my favorite characters from the movie I love how she portrays her and the sassiness and fun she brings to her it’s like she brings Sharpay to life. 

I also like Gabriella and Troy they are such a cute and adorable couple, I love the way they sing together and bring out the best in one another and encourage each other to go for their dreams and always cheer each other on.  

When you see the movie you will see the love and respect and joy that comes from the love  they have for each other.

My favorite scene from the movie is when Troy asks Gabriella to prom and then she teaches him how to dance, and they sing can I have this dance?  

It’s an absolute beautiful scene and song . I also like the scene where they sing High School Musical and they stand all together and take a bow and jump in the air because they are excited. 

I know that with Graduation the curtain is closing and they are moving onto the next chapter in their life, I just want you to know even though this chapter is closing another chapter is about to begin, and I recently watched Dhar Mann and in the video there was a line that a character said and the line was you can’t start the new chapter in your life if you keep rereading the old one, I encourage you all to enjoy the memories and look forward to what’s to come next and be excited that you can be part of their journey and their next chapter in their life. 

I remember my graduation from high school, it was an amazing and beautiful celebration and one I always remember. I am thankful to all my teachers and colleagues who helped me along the way in school. They helped me be who I am today. 

I recommend this movie to anyone who wants to watch a good and moving movie! It will touch your heart you can check out the trilogy of High School Musical if you’d like there all really good and the songs are catchy to be honest I listened to the songs all the time and I know them by heart.

Raise your Voice

 Hey Everyone! 

Happy Thursday, I hope you all are having a great day! 

I have decided to write about one of my favorite movies starring Hillary Duff and John Corbett, and a whole wonderful cast.

 The movie starts off with a girl named Terri Fletcher who lives Flagstaff Arizona, her dream is to become a professional singer, she wants to compete in the music program that will give her a 10,000 dollar scholarship.

Her dad is very overprotective of her and he also runs his own restaurant, he doesn’t approve of her plans, he wants her to take over the family business one day.

Her brother Paul supports her and believes in her and thinks she should go for her dreams, they are very close, he is having a graduation barbecue, during the barbecue he has a fight with his dad and he ends up grounded.

 A little while later that same night Terri sneaks her brother out to a Three Days Grace Concert, they have a wonderful and fun time together in the concert, and singing to the radio on the way home.

While they are singing and talking, unfortunately they get into an accident they are hit by a drunk driver and unfortunately Paul ends up passing away.

While Terri is recovering in the hospital she learns that her brother has passed away, Terri blames herself for what happened to her brother Paul  and the outcome of what happened to him, she also decides to quit singing.

Her mom Frances tells her Paul’s death is not her fault and that he would have wanted her to attend the music program, she eventually convinces Terri to go and tells her husband that she will be staying with her Aunt Nina in Palm Desert California for the summer , as a cover she’s really going to Los Angeles California, Terri arrives in Los Angeles and runs into some problems as soon as she arrives she gets her jacket stolen, her cab driver is crabby and initially she can’t get into the Music School, she finds a way to get in and she makes some new friends.

 Terri learns a lot about music, she keeps having flashbacks about the accident, she developed a fondness for a guy named Jay who is British and a songwriter, she gets some competition from a girl named Robyn Childers who was with Jay the previous Summer.

Robyn still has feelings for Jay he doesn’t return the same feelings for her, Jay tries to get her to leave him and Terri alone, that plan fails because on one occasion Robyn kisses Jay when Terri walks in the room, Terri immediately gets upset and leaves.

Jay tries to tell her the kiss meant nothing, he has a Little to much to drink, Terri and her roommate Denise take him to get sobered up, when he does he apologizes to Terri and she agrees to finish the song they were working on together for the Scholarship Contest, well back on the home front her dad eventually finds out about Terri and where she is, he immediately gets upset and goes to Los Angeles to get Terri, he feels betrayed by his wife, sister and Terri for what they did to him,  when Terri sees him he tells her dad not to make the same mistake that he did with Paul , to not make her run away and ruin her summer ultimately Simon realizes how selfish he has been and he changes his mind.

 You will have to see the movie to find out what happens next , I can assure you it’s a happy ending and will make your heart feel warm inside and happy.

I decided to write about this movie because I have always loved singing, singing is something that makes me feel happy inside I can remember singing a lot in my childhood and growing up.

 I was involved in a lot of plays when I was younger, and I was in chorus in my high school years and Middle School Years, my uncle says I have an old soul because I love all kinds of Music, my favorite genre of music is Disney Disney has so many fun songs to sing along too, every time I watch a Disney movie and if it happens to have Music in the movie I will sing along to it and know all of the words. 

Disney is something I absolutely love and it makes me so happy, people who know me know that I absolutely love Disney,  I’m trusting and believing that my dream of Disney will come true, as the song in Cinderella goes the dream that you wish will come true, and Personality wise I believe I am like Happy from the Seven Dwarfs because, I am a happy girl and I see my glass as half full.

I also think I am like Olaf from frozen, because he’s caring and easy to love, he’s funny and sweet at the Same time, and he likes to sing too, and he likes warm hugs …. I do too.

 I love being around happy and joyful people that makes me feel happy and joyful inside. I think you should enjoy every moment and day that you are blessed with and enjoy your time with your family and friends… because you never know what will happen next.. and make sure you say everything you want to that person you are with, you don’t want to regret that you didn’t do anything while you had the opportunity or chance to say something.

I had a really kind, loving, caring, friend named Kelly she lit up every room she came in, and Made everyone feel special and good, and happy!

 For examples something that I feel bad about and reflect on sometimes is that I didn’t respond to her when she got back to me on something I asked her I was thinking I can respond later .

I’ll get back to her..I didn’t know that would be our last conversation, I know that Kelly still cares about me and knows that I care about her and wouldn’t want me to worry about it… I’m grateful and thankful for all the moments I had with Kelly, and that I got to have a Kelly experience… Cherish the moments with your friends and family you are blessed with… and go after your dreams just like Terri did in the movie.

My favorite scene from the movie is when Terri sings in the classroom, and surprises everyone with her singing voice, she even surprises her music teacher and he knows that she will go very far in her life as a singer. 

I recommend this movie to anyone who wants to watch a good family movie you will absolutely love it! Hillary Duff does an outstanding Job in this movie, you can feel the emotion and love coming out from her character. She is really one of my favorite actresses. I also like her in the Lizzie McGuire movie, that’s another good one.

Cow Belles

 

Hey Everyone! 

I hope you all are having a great week so far.

I am I decided to write about one of my favorite movies Cow Belles Starring Aly Michalka and AJ Michalka it is a Disney Channel original movie.

The movie starts off with a young lady named Taylor Callum taking her driving test, and her sister Courtney calls her while she is taking her driving test she gives the phone to the person in charge of the test so she can focus on the road and he tells her what her sister says on the phone, she is looking for a dress to wear to her celebration party.

She tells her sister what dress would look good and her sister agrees and Taylor ends up passing the test, her and sister are very spoiled young ladies and haven’t had to work a day in their life, and little do they know all that is about to Change. 

Their dad is a widower his name is Reed  Callum and he owns a dairy, their mother previously passed away, their house keeper Corrine  helps the girls out with whatever they need.

 Taylor and Courtney decide to go on a shopping spree while they were at home they were cooking some lunch, and Courtney had thrown a towel over the pot of soup while the fire was on, they didn’t remember to turn it off, they leave the house without a second thought.

Their father is shocked by their carelessness and over spending, he decides the girls are going to make their own money, reed puts them to work at the dairy, to teach them responsibility.

He goes out of town to look for a rare butterfly to add to his collection, he leaves the dairy in charge to the girls while he is away.

When the girls start working at the dairy it becomes their worst nightmare, they start messing up on everything as soon as they start working there.

 For example Courtney drops her phone in a bucket of yogurt and they have to stop the line of yogurts to find her phone, and then they fall with a bucket of blueberries and spill them all over themselves, the employees there think they are stuck up and don’t believe they can do their job.

Soon after they work They are there for a period of time and getting good at their job, someone steals all the money out of the business bank account.

It’s then up to the girls to save the dairy and the jobs of those who are working, no one believes in them Taylor has changed her mind, she asks Courtney if she can use her party money to pay for the employees paychecks or they will leave Callum dairy, they are at a meeting with the employees and Taylor tricks Courtney into leaving to get her Cell Phone.

 She tells everyone she’ll get the money still no one believes her, without consulting Courtney, Taylor uses her party money to pay the employees and that causes a fight between the two of them.

Taylor and Courtney finally enjoy their work In the dairy and get the respect of the employees there, Courtney is ignoring Taylor in every possible way, they have a fight at work and the fight causes Courtney to put in the wrong expiration date, even though they have the money for the employees paychecks Courtney’s mistake threatens the business because the milk believed to be expired is sent back.

 You will have to see the rest of the movie to find out what happens, it is a happy ending for everyone, I decided to write about this movie because it makes me think about my Job and how I first started and how at first I had a little trouble, as I went along and received some help from different people at my Job, I started getting the hang of it, and I learned what to do when I am working on my shift at work and how to keep my customers happy, I also wanted to tell you if you believe you can achieve.

I’ve been working at my job for a year now… and I enjoy it a lot, I love engaging with the customers, and knowledge if their happy that makes me happy then I know I am doing my job right and it feels good to make some money for myself, that shows me that I have really grown up and becoming a good and strong young adult that is making good strides in life.

  If you have a dream go for it, don’t give up the dream that you wish will come true.

 I also decided to write this blog because of the title it makes me think of the song Boots on the Ground, it’s a whole trend that’s going on at the moment, it’s a really fun song.

I put all my energy and effort into the song, if you get a chance check out the song 🎵 and dance to it, put on your cowgirl or cowboy hat and boots 👢 and dance you will really enjoy yourself… To be honest with you all dancing is one of my favorite things to do, it always puts a smile on my face.  Dancing will always make you feel better if you are having a tough day or if you just want to dance for the fun of it. 

My favorite scene from the movie is when they first start out on the job, and they are getting to know everyone and walking confidently and they are holing buckets of blueberries and then all of a sudden they slip on the floor, and the blueberries spill all over them, and then later Courtney hears a bell sound, and she thinks it’s the end of day and she can go home, it’s the lunch bell and then she says I am not happy right now. Thad makes me laugh a lot. 

Aly and Aj are really good actresses and I love the love they have for each other and how they support each other and there for each other whenever they need each other. It’s a really cute and good family movie I know and believe you will enjoy it.

I recommend this movie to anyone who wants to watch a nice, family, friendly movie

Wendy Wu Homecoming Warrior

Hey Everyone! How are you ?

 I hope you all are having a great May! 

April happened so fast, I am having a good month so far I have decided to write about one of my favorite movies Wendy Wu starring Brenda Song and a whole wonderful cast of people ! 

The movie stars off with a young lady named Wendy Wu, she is a popular Chinese American teenager whose life is turned upside down when she gets a visit from Shen who is a Buddhist monk. 

He claims that Wendy is the reincarnation of a mighty female warrior and the only one who can prevent an evil spirit from destroying the world.

Shen begs Wendy to wear a powerful amulet, which will protect her from evil until he can fully train her in martial arts. Wendy is too busy racing and campaigning against Jessica Dawson her school rival  to win homecoming queen.

She can’t focus on saving the world right now, Wendy’s traditional grandmother knows Shen is telling the truth, her own mother Wendy’s great grandmother was the previous yin warrior who defeated Yan Lo in China ninety years earlier.

However the other members of  Wendy’s family has lost touch with their Chinese heritage, Shen’s discussion of Chinese Culture inspires Wendy’s mother who is a researcher and he also inspires Wendy’s father when he makes mooncakes, however faced with the choice of fighting evil and going shopping, she decides to go to shopping with her best friends Tory and Lisa.

Yan- lo soon materializes and sets out to destroy Wendy before she can attain her full Yin Warrior powers. Wendy breaks up with her boyfriend Austin after noticing how toxic and self absorbed he is she starts hanging out more with Shen.

Shen gets Wendy’s teacher to help train her and he helps her too, she later finds out that she has become homecoming queen and finds out that the battle is the same night as the homecoming event, feeling betrayed she opts out of the battle, on the night of the homecoming her grandmother insists that Wendy fulfills her destiny, Wendy refuses.

You will have to see the rest of the movie to find out what happens, it is a happy ending.

I decided to write about this movie because it shows that if you are going through something or having to prepare for something there will always be someone there to help you whatever it is your going through and everyone I believe has some kind of fighter in their spirit and knows that they count on their family or friends to be there for them when they need them to be. 

My big sister I can always count on her whenever I need her and she understands me and my heart. And knows that I can do anything when I set my mind to it, she has encouraged me in all aspects of my life. Especially in my Job, and in other areas of my life that I have been working on. 

I  Just want you all to know that there will always be someone that you can talk to, or need someone to listen to or just hang out with or fight your battles with you. 

You will never have anything to hard that you can’t handle, Brenda Song does an outstanding Job in this movie, she really brings Wendy Wu to life and you believe that she’s actually her in real life. 

You may also recognize her from the suite life of Zack and Cody where she played London Tipton, she did an incredible Job in that role too. 

She is so full of joy and laughter and love, and she has a pretty smile. She’s also engaged to Macaulay Culkin he played Kevin Mccalister in Home Alone and did an Outstanding Job.

 My favorite scene from the movie is when Shen and Wendy do their fight battle and work together as a team. They end becoming really good friends. 

I recommend this movie to anyone who wants to watch a good movie!

101 Dalmatians

Hey Everyone!! How are you ? 

I hope you are doing well and having a wonderful 2025. Today I have decided to write about 101 Dalmatians the movie stars Glenn Close, Hugh Laurie, Jeff Daniels, Joan Plowright and a whole amazing cast.

 The movie starts off with a man named Roger who is a video game designer and he lives with his dalmation dog Pongo In London, one day Roger takes Pongo for a walk and Pongo sets his eyes on Perdita who is another Dalmatian, Pongo chases her all the way to St. James Park.

Roger realizes his dog likes Perdita, and her owner Anita Campbell- Green falls in love with Roger when they first meet, Roger invites her to his home and they are at the house , Roger proposes to Anita and she accepts the proposal, they get married along with Perdita and Pongo.

Anita works as a fashion designer at the house of De Vil, her boss Cruella De Vil has a deep passion for fur to go as far as having a taxidermist,  Mr. Skinner skinned a white tiger at the London zoo, to make into a rug for her.

Anita inspired by her dalmation, designs a coat made with spotted fur, Cruella is intrigued by the idea of making garments out of actual Dalmatians,  and finds it amusing that would it seem as if she was wearing Anita’s dog.

Then something exciting happens Anita gets pregnant and so does Perdita, and guess who shows up at the door Cruella is excited to find out that Anita’s dog Perdita is expecting, a couple weeks later she returns back to the house and finds out Anita’s dog gave birth to a litter of 15 puppies.

Cruella offers 7, 500 dollars to Roger and Anita for the puppies, they refuse the money, Cruella is enraged she dismisses Anita and vows revenge against her and Roger.

One winter evening she has her henchmen Jasper and Horace break into Roger’s and Anita’s home and steal the puppies while Roger and Anita take their dogs for a walk in the park, along with 84 Dalmatians that were previously stolen, they deliver them to her country estate De Vil Mansion.

Cruella asks skinner to make the dogs into a coat for her, the family is devastated at the loss of their puppies, Pongo uses the twilight bark to carry the message Via the dogs and other animals of the United Kingdom while Anita and Roger contact the police.

Anita realizes Cruella was behind the kidnappings and confirms her suspicions when she shows Roger and Nanny her portfolio. 

An Airedale terrier follows Jasper and Horace to the mansion and finds all of the puppies who he helps escape under their nose's they make their way to a nearby farm when they are joined by Perdita and Pongo, Cruella arrives at the mansion and discovers what happened and she is very upset at the thieves failure and she decides to carry out the job herself. 

You will have to see the movie to find out what happens with Cruella and the Dalmatians what happens with Cruella is very funny and will make you laugh a lot.

 I decided to write about this movie because the movie reminds me of my dog and how I would do anything for him, and the movie also shows if you give a dog your heart they will give you theirs and will always be there for you and love you unconditionally.

Elijah means the world to me and I don’t know what I’d do without him he has been with me through half my life and I am grateful and thankful for all the years we have spent together.. He may be tiny he is a strong and magnificent dog and has been through a lot of things. 

He has come out stronger, he recently had a situation where he had some significant bleeding in his mouth, my heart just broke for him seeing him  go through all that , he stayed strong through all of it, he had to have surgery to get rid of the bad teeth that were in his mouth and causing the bleeding, he got 26 teeth removed 26‼️‼️‼️, he only has ten teeth left, he is still a lovable and amazing dog and he is still here with me.

 He is a terrific dog 🐶 .. he thinks that he is younger than he really is…He is in good shape and living good, he’s getting a little older and has to slow down a little.. he recently tore his Acl .. by running into the house fast .. he’s getting better.. ❤️‍🩹 he just has to take it easy.. he is similar to me in many ways . I tore my ACL in high school too… I’m extra spoiling him .. he’s enjoying it too lol 😂.

And Glenn close did an outstanding job playing the villain she really brought her to life, and she is especially good at the laugh , when you hear laugh it makes you want to laugh because of how real and believable it is.

Hugh Laurie did an outstanding job in the movie, as well he really put himself into his character that he played, you may recognize him from house or Stuart  little which he did amazing in as well , and Joan Plowright she was and is an amazing person and actress and will be deeply missed, she played a lot of good roles in her lifetime like she was in the movie bring down the house with Steve Martin and Queen latifah, she was also in Denis the Menace and other good roles she left a great mark on the world and left a wonderful legacy. 

Jeff Daniels also did an outstanding job, he also played many good roles in his career, you may recognize him from the movie Dumb and Dumber where he stars alongside Jim Carrey, he plays Harry in the movie that’s a funny movie, or maybe Winn Dixie where he plays the dad. Everyone in the movie did a wonderful job .

I know that you will love it when you see it too. 

 My favorite from the movie is when Roger and Anita first meet that scene makes me laugh a lot, and the other scene that makes me laugh is when Cruella tries to finish the job herself and gets herself into a couple situations that is really funny, it will make you laugh once you see what happens. One fun fact is this movie came out in the year 1996, one year before  was born in 1997.

I recommend this movie to anyone who wants to watch a good fun family comedy and it has Adventure and crime.
