The Game Plan

Hey everyone, I decided to write about the movie the Game Plan. It is one of my favorite movies, It stars Dwayne the Rock Johnson and Madison Pettis. 

Dwayne's character is Joe Kingman, he plays a football player and a single man he lives in a nice house, he loves having parties, and living life to the fullest and he never says no. 

 He is playing his last football game of the season and he scores a touch-down, he and his team members celebrate and the night after the party and the fun activities,  the next morning while he is chilling in his home and with his dog spike he receives a phone call telling him there is a young lady there to see him he says to send the young lady up and the person who called him on the phone says he never says no. 

The young lady makes it to his door and knocks on it, In Joe's mind he thinks that it is a woman so he goes to the door and he doesn't see anyone in the doorway before he closes the door, he hears a voice and sees a young girl standing at his doorway, he thinks that she is there to sell something or get an autograph. 

When they first meet he tells her to punch him in the stomach to show her how strong his stomach muscles are she does, and he laughs about her punch, he then tells her nice to meet you, and he expects her to leave and go to her next destination. 

He hears a knock on the door again, she tries to tell him why she is there he thinks that she wants an autograph so he tells her to wait in the doorway while he gets her an autograph, while she is in the doorway his dog runs up to her and then she enters his house and plays with his dog spike. 

He comes back with her autograph to see she is playing with his dog, he tells her to be careful he is dangerous, she says he will lick me to death. 

 He then asks her aren't your parents looking for you? Or do they know where you are? I am sure they are very concerned about you and would not want you to be in someone stranger's house that you do not know. 

He then asks her who did she ride with to get to his house?  She says that she came with her father, he tells her that she should probably go try and find  him, because he is sure that he is looking for her, she says he is not looking for me he is looking at me. Here is when his whole world changes in an instant, she says my name is Payton I'm your daughter. And she says that her mothers name was Sara Kelly.  

He is in shock and cannot believe that he has a child, I don't want to give away any surprising parts that happen in the movie, I think you will laugh and smile about the way Joe's and Payton's relationship comes to be. They have a couple troubles in the beginning of the new father and daughter relationship, you will see as the movie progresses and they get to know each other they become closer and have a wonderful heart-warming relationship together. 

I chose to write about this movie today because Dwayne the rock is one of my favorite actors, he has a nice caring and warm heart and smile. He is the father of two beautiful girls that mean the world to him and he would do anything for them. Like any father would do anything for his daughter/Little girl, fathers like to make their daughters are safe and taken care of. 

They want to make sure they are happy too and know that they can always to them if they need anything. The rock will post different videos of him playing with his daughters or just talking to them about different stuff. 

He did a cute video with his youngest daughter, she loves the movie Moana and her favorite character is Maui, Her dad is the voice of Maui in Moana.

 Maui sings a song in Moana called your welcome, his daughter asks him to sing that song all the time because she loves it so much and she loves Maui. 

And I also wanted to write about because it is a good movie that you can sit down and watch with your family something that everyone can laugh and smile at. There are a lot of wonderful fathers in my family, they all love, care, and do anything for their family. This  movie always puts a smile on my face which is my favorite part of it.

My favorite part of the movie is when Joe and Payton get into a little argument in the beginning of their new relationship and Payton runs to her room when she gets mad at him for saying something that she did not like. She closes the door and Joe asks if he can come in, she tells him to go away he tries again and says please open the door she opens the door and Spike runs him and he tries to go in she closes the door fast and he doesn't make it in. 

As a sidetone you will see in the movie that his favorite singer is Elvis Presley and he loves all his music. So while he is waiting outside her door he looks at the picture of Elvis he has on his wall and asks if he has any advice? 

He gets his guitar and starts singing lonesome tonight and adds his own lyrics to it, he is waiting outside her door, he asks her with singing if he can come in? She says that she doesn't want to see him , he tells her to open the door with her eyes closed, so she does and he comes in and continues his song to her, and then he finishes his song she looks up at him and he is happy to see her face and he makes a comment about her smile which you will see in the movie. 

You will also see what he does to make Payton feel better after their argument, It is a really cute and funny scene. 

My favorite character is the rock because he has a really, caring, nice, and loving heart and personality, even though he is tough on the outside. He is loving and kind on the outside you will get to see a lot of his personality in the movie, you will see how his character changes in the movie after he begins a relationship with his daughter Payton, 

It is like he has a new world to live in and he gets to new and memorable experiences with Payton. Even though it is tough on him being a dad in the beginning and everything is new to him, he goes through a few hurdles, you will see he eventually gets the hang of it and you will see he does an amazing job at being a father to his daughter, he doesn't give up he keeps on preserving. 

I recommend this movie to anyone who loves a good heartfelt warm family comedy. It really is a wonderful movie.
