Lady and the Tramp/ Happy Birthday Elijah!!!

 Hey Everyone, Happy Friday!

I hope you all are having a wonderful day, a special day is coming, my beloved dog Elijah's birthday! Elijah  is  turning thirteen years old and he is still in good health and good shape! He is the best dog ever, in celebration of his birthday I have decided to write about the movie Lady and the Tramp.  

This  movie is about a pampered and spoiled dog named Lady who's life is fabulous and amazing until a new person comes into her world and changes everything. The new person that comes into her life is a baby.

The movie starts out on Christmas Day, Darling,the woman who gets Lady, and her husband Jim Dear are giving gifts to each other. Darlings husband Jim gives her a box that resembles a hat box, she opens the box and finds a surprise inside! 

The surprise is a Cocker Spaniel,  immediately Darling  falls in love with the dog,  she says it looks like a  little lady and  that is how she receives her name. Lady is loving her new family, they love Lady too, a few months go by and a new event happens...

Darling tells her husband Jim Dear that she is expecting and they are both excited about having a baby in the house. Lady is excited too because she sees that her owners are excited, she doesn't know yet that the baby is going to change her whole life.

 Lady goes outside to tell her doggy friends about the baby. Her friends tell her that her life isn't going to be the same as it was before. All the attention that she was used to receiving is now going to the baby. She's going to get table scraps instead of regular food, and she will have to be quiet since there is going to be a baby in the house.The baby arrives and Darling shows Lady what the baby looks like Lady is excited to see the baby.  

A few months later Darling and Jim decide to go on a little trip for a few days and Lady has to stay home. 

Darling's aunt comes to watch the house and the baby. Her Aunt has two cats and later in the movie you will see the trouble they cause for Lady....

Darlings Aunt's cats were messing with the baby, Lady was trying to get them to stop, the Aunt hears Lady she attempts to put her in the doghouse. When the doghouse idea doesn't work, the aunt takes Lady to a shop where she asks if they can put a muzzle on Lady to keep her from making noise. 

Lady doesn't like the muzzle at all, she runs away from the store with the muzzle on her face. While Lady is on her adventure dog catchers are after her, they want to catch her so they can put her with the other animals they have already have Lady is able to  run away from the catchers because a dog helps her out and gets the catchers away from her. 

The dog that  helped Lady, his name is Tramp and he is a lost dog, he lives on the streets and has lived like that for a while. Tramp tells Lady his whole story, he shows her how to live on the street and the different rules while staying safe and protected on the streets Lady at first is a little nervous around him, as the movie progresses on she gets comfortable and ends up liking him.  You will see when you watch the movie, Tramp and Lady help each other out and become a family and live life together. 

This movie will make you smile, and laugh while giving you a warm feeling in your heart and spirit. You will see different surprises in the movie too! It will keep you full of joy and excitement!

My favorite scene from the movie is the spaghetti scene where Tramp takes lady to dinner and they are eating the noodles together and they both pick it up at the same time and when they are eating the noodle their noses touch together it is the cutest scene ever. I also like the scene at the end of the movie it is a happy scene that will touch your heart.

I decided to write about this movie because my dog Elijah reminds me of Tramp in some ways. For example, you will hear Tramp bark a couple of times in the movie. And my Dog Elijah loves to bark too, he has a loud and strong bark just like Tramp does. There is a scene in the movie where you will see Tramp sacrifice his life for another human being. Elijah is very brave too, he has protected me in a lot of situations. Elijah is brave in his own way, he is a very strong dog, very lovable and friendly. Tramp is very lovable and friendly too and playful just like Elijah. Tramp is also a very fast runner, Elijah runs very fast.

 I wanted to celebrate Elijah and show how much he means to me and how blessed I am to have him in my life. I have wanted a dog for as long as I can remember, I would ask for one all the time, my mom said not yet maybe soon. I would ask year after year, there was one day when we were visiting close friends and  I was watching the movie George of the Jungle; one of my favorite movies, and I was talking to my friends Grandfather about wanting a dog. He said I'll help you out and talk with your mom about getting you a dog. So my mom came in the room, he told her "Emerald tells me she wants a dog, and that she has asked you a lot for a dog; I think a dog would be good for her and that she would do a good job."

My mom said ok, I agree I will consider it, because of his help and talk to my mom he is part of why Elijah is here now!My mom really liked my neighbor's dog, she saw how friendly and kind he was; he was Elijah's brother!

I wrote  Dog letters in school,  that is another part of how I got Elijah! Elijah has been with me through the best parts and sad parts of my life. 

He's celebrated my birthdays with me and very special ages, he has been with me when I've had big events in my life too ! One time when we were all on vacation at a hotel, Elijah and I were in the hallway one of the staff members looked at Elijah and I, he said I can tell you guys really love each other.

 I think my Grandfather could tell how much I loved Elijah too, because he saw how Elijah would interact with me and the joy he brought  to my heart and face. He loves my grandparents, when my grandfather was living with me Elijah would be so happy to see him.

One time my grandfather had a doctors appointment and when he came back to the house, he opened the door and said Elijah! You wouldn't believe what Elijah did, he jumped in his lap and gave him kisses, my grandfather was just laughing and smiling! He said "Elijah!" Isn't that funny? 

 When we go to visit my Grandma he gets so excited to see her, when we arrive at her house he will sometimes sit next to her or if I'm holding him he will look at her and she will say he's smiling at me with a smile on her face! 

She loves Elijah too! She will say I know Elijah loves him some Emerald, one funny story is when my mom and dad had come to pick me up from my Grandmas from visiting with her for three weeks, Elijah was so excited to see me, when he saw me he gave me kisses and everything, my dad tried to say hello to me, here is the funny part Elijah snapped at him! 

My Grandma said "whoa! He doesn't want you to touch her", my dad told Elijah that's my daughter! My mom said that Elijah was saying I haven't seen her for three weeks this is my time Lol! Elijah is my whole heart and he is one of the best parts of my life.  I don't feel like my whole-self without him. 

I recommend this movie to anyone who loves dogs and Dog movies. If you have a dog I hope they make you feel happy and loved like my dog Elijah makes me feel every day! He spreads his love and joy all around! Everyone loves Elijah and thinks he is the cutest dog ever!

Enough

 Hey everyone! Happy August! I hope you all are having a good summer so far! I have been having a good summer. Today I have decided to write about the movie Enough starring Jennifer Lopez and Billy Campbell.  

It starts out with Jennifer Lopez at the restaurant talking to her friend Ginny, and they are serving a couple of men. 

Robbie asks Jennifer Lopez's character Slim, if she has read the book that he is reading, she says yes, he hands her  a red rose, she says thank you !  Robbie starts asking more questions, Slim starts getting uncomfortable, that is when Mitch, in a different booth, tells him to leave her alone. Robbie says ok; afterwards when you watch the movie you'll see a little incident happens.

After Robbie leaves the restaurant Mitch asks Slim for a date, and she accepts,and they later get married, they are very happy and in love. 

As their marriage progresses they look for a house, as their expecting a baby. The baby comes, and they all go to the beach,  Slim notices that Mitch isn't having as much fun as her and their daughter Gracie.

After the beach they go home and Slim checks on Gracie and sees that she is sleeping. Mitch is getting ready to go out for the evening, and Slim notices that his phone is buzzing. She answers it and a woman answers the phone, that is when Slim knows Mitch is cheating on her!

 Slim asks Mitch about the lady, and he tells her to stay out of it, unless she wants to fight. She lets it go for now, and then later she finds out that he is still cheating on her. She tries standing up for herself again and he ends up slapping her, tells her to stay out of his business and things really start taking a turn for the worse. 

Slim  tries telling Mitch's  mom about what is going on, his mom asks her what is she doing wrong?  Mitch finds out that Slim went to his mother and that made him upset  they fought again, and Slim gets hurt. The next day, Slim goes to pick up Gracie from school,  the staff  tells her that her dad picked her up. She races back home, and doesn't see her, she calls Mitch on the phone, and asks where they are he says the zoo, and that they will be back soon. 

Later that evening, Slim makes an escape plan to leave the house and takes Gracie with her, unfortunately her plan doesn't work. Mitch finds out and him and Slim gets into another fight which you will see; he knocks her out. Slim's friends come in and help her and Gracie, Mitch tells Slim that he will find them. Her friends take her to a hotel to spend the night, before they go to bed Slim gets a telephone call and it's Mitch, he tapped the phone line to find out where they were. There are lot of dramatic events that happen after this scene,  a lot of fighting scenes that will keep you on the edge of your seat. When you watch the movie, you will think what's going to happen next? 

I decided to write about this movie because Jennifer Lopez is one of my favorite actresses and she does an outstanding job in every movie that I have seen her in. This movie is very exciting and has a lot of twists and turns; the surprises will keep you alert wondering what her character is going to do or where the story is going to go. Although, it is exciting it also teaches you about standing up and  fighting for yourself self and the importance of self defense, this is very good to know in life. Sometimes when I am holding my beloved dog Elijah my dad tries to play fight me, my dog will defend me and snap at him. He is my protector, every women deserves a protector. 

One of my favorite parts of the movie is their use of karate moves. I am very good at karate myself. My mom tells me that a lot and she says I am very strong. My dad is strong too, he has very good upper body strength he does 300 pushups every day! CRAZY RIGHT?! Also my favorite scene from the movie is when Slim fights for herself and Gracie, because she knows that is the only way to get out of what she has been through. You will have to see the movie to see the end results, I'm sure you will like the ending!

Creed 3

 Hey Everyone, 

I have decided to write about the movie Creed Starring Micheal B Jordan, Tessa Thompson, Jonathan Majors and Mila Davis Kent. The movie starts out With Micheal B Jordan’s character Donnie and his friend Damian as a backstory, they get into a little trouble .

 Something happens with Damian’s character in the movie . And it ends up doing something with his and Donnie’s friendship and brotherhood, you will see what happens with his character when you watch the movie, it at first is really dramatic and tense between the two characters , you will see as the movie goes on , it gets better between them. 

After we see the backstory of Donnie and Damian, we then go to the present day and see what Donnie is up too, he has a daughter named Amara, she is deaf and his wife’s name is Bianca, since Amara has a hearing impairment they became fluent in sign language so they can communicate with her. 

Donnie is recently retired from boxing and he is running a boxing academy with little Duke, and he is training one of his boxers to fight, Donnie’s mother isn’t doing too well, her health is declining and Amara wants to be a boxer like her dad and it ends up getting her into trouble at school. You will see that situation play out in the movie .

Amara is really a good girl, she doesn’t get into that much trouble , she’s very good at standing up for herself. 

We then later run into the Character Damian the character that was talked about earlier in the backstory of Him and Donnie. Damian is waiting on Donnies car, he at first doesn’t recognize him , and once Donnie starts talking to him he then remembers him and he is happy to see him and takes him out for a meal so they can catch up with each other and see how life is going and what they each have been up to since they last saw each other. 

We find out that Damian has been released from prison and he wants to get into boxing again,Donnie brings him by the boxing academy and things don’t go really well there, he doesn’t really listen to instructions and he is a little upset because he was in prison for a long time.

 So Donnie invites Damian over to his house to meet his wife and daughter, the meeting goes ok, Damian tells a story about his and Donnie’s life in the group home and it’s one Bianca has not heard before . 

So after the Dinner Damian asks Donnie privately to set him a up a match with an another boxer, Damian wants to prove he is a good boxer too. 

Damian leaves and Donnie and Bianca go to a party, and some kind of incident happens at the party and someone gets hurt . Donnie decides to Put Damian up against one of the other boxers and Damian wins the fight. 

Damian has had some family hardships, and you will see that play out in the movie. 

He wants the life that Donnie has for himself, you will see that situation play out when you watch the movie.

I have decided to write about this movie because Micheal B Jordan is an incredible Actor, he really puts his heart and soul into the movies that he does . And because I am also a fighter, I was born into the world as a fighter, one of my sayings is Your gonna me Roar .

 I continue to roar through because I am a strong and confident young lady. And I was blessed with a crew of good people that got my back and I got theirs, they can count on me for anything.

My favorite scene from the movie is when Micheals character Donnie has a tea party with his daughter Amara. That scene is so sweet !

When you get a chance check out Creed 3 ! You will absolutely enjoy it!

My Big Sister Adrian!

 Hey Everyone, How Are you? I hope you all are doing well! I can't believe it is May already, the months are moving by quick.

 I have decided to write about one of my best friends and my big sister Adrian today she is such a blessing and bright light in my life. 

She has known me since I was little, and a wonderful friend of my family's. She is also extremely talented, and a wonderful Brow Artist, she is a beautiful person inside and out. .

 I recently started going back to my home church Dayspring Ministries and before My family and I went back to dayspring we had been visiting other churches to check them out and to praise and fellowship with people. 

We had a good time at the other churches we visited but we didn't get the same feel at the other churches like we do now at Dayspring.

 My Big Sister Adrian attends the same church that we go to, Ill get to that part of the story soon. Before I saw her at Dayspring I had seen her at a different event, an event that my moms work was hosting,

It was like an Art Event, and she invited one of her other good friends along to take pictures while we were at the event and take pictures of the people that were there and the different portraits that were displayed. 

And while the event was wrapping I looked over and got a wonderful and amazing surprise, I saw Adrian I was so excited and happy to see her, I think that was God's first sign of leading me back to dayspring because he knows how much I love and care about Adrian, and how sweet and kind, caring she is, she always has a bright and beautiful smile on her face every time I see her. The love of God just shines through her inside and out, after the event, I didn't see her for a while, I did keep in contact in with her though, I enjoy talking with her, she always lifts my spirits up and encourages me when I need it. 

A couple weeks later we decided to visit Dayspring again around Father's Day and before we visited Dayspring again, I had talked to my big sister the day before, and in my head I was wondering when I would get to see her again, God had a plan he works in mysterious ways, So we made it to Dayspring and we saw a lot of good friends and were welcomed kindly and with big smiles and hugs, It felt good to be back! Before service ended the pastor asked the congregation if anyone would like to join the church, My parents decided to join Dayspring, I was really happy and excited of them. We were back at our home church, there is no place like home! Since my parents decided to join, they had to have a little meeting to discuss everything and what they had to do to become official members, While I was waiting I saw my friend's dad and he told me Adrian is here! I was thinking Wow, God is really working, I didn't know that she was a member there, when I saw her she was glowing with God's light and looked like an Angel I knew that God had set up a divine Encounter! 

It was so good to see her, we had a good and strong Connection with one another, the next time I saw her was when she helped my mom with her Aka Event, she is a talented and amazing and has gifted hands. My mom did a photo shoot, her pictures look beautiful.

 I also believe that God used Adrian to also help bring me back to Dayspring, because he is a good and awesome God. The next day after that event,I had decided to join the church and became a member like my mom and dad did. And I officially became a member around Christmas Time my favorite Holiday.

God knows what to do and how to plan it, he has every day of my life written in his book, and always knows what I am going to do, Before the day I became an official member I wanted to get a nice outfit, because I love dressing up for church, and I like looking fancy.

 I also wanted to get a nice outfit for christmas, so my big sister took me shopping, and picked out a beautiful dress and a Disney christmas outfit that I love and enjoy wearing, it brings  a smile to my face everytime I wear it. This was God's divine Encounter and his hand moving in my life. 

And she has also blessed me in other ways, too she always graces  me with her presence, because I can depend on her and I trust her with my whole heart.

 Another way she has blessed me is she did my makeup for my birthday, It blessed my heart so much and put a big smile on my face.

 I had so much fun and I was elated to celebrate my birthday with her, I loved my makeup she did a beautiful job to me I looked liked a princess my mom said WOW you look different a good different! 

And also I had been wanting to get my ears pierced again because I missed wearing earrings, so I asked her if she would like to come along with me to get my ears pierced and she said that she would love too, so she came along to my ear piercing appointment and I am so glad that she was there with me and it is a moment I will keep in my Heart forever.  

She is very supportive of me too, I recently made the choice of wanting to be baptized and she was the first person I told, I told her how nervous I was and how I was scared about being put in the water, she immediately knew how to put me at ease, and calm me down. She said that I got this and that I could do it. 

I told her thank you so much for your encouragement and support. So then it came time for my baptism and she was there and that made me feel good, and my mom and dad and all of my dayspring family, and a couple of my close friends were too and my good friend Makayla was there too. I got baptized and I was so happy that I did it and made it! 

My mom and big sis congratulated me afterwards and my big sis gave me a big hug! She said I told you that you could do it! She has always been there for me, and has been to a lot of important events in my life, and always has my back. 

She has really changed my life. I have always wanted a big sister ever since I was little girl, I would pray to God please bless me with a big sister! 

God answered my prayer and did just that! I can to talk to her about anything, she always points me back to Jesus and always tells me how much he loves me and that I am his.  I would never trade her for anything, 

I love her with all my heart and I am very proud of her. I know that God has big plans for her, and will make all her dreams come true that she wants for herself. I will always be there for her and have her back like she has mine.  I am so glad to be back at my Home Church Dayspring Ministries and glad that God used Adrian as my Divine Encounter!

Joyful noise

Hey Everyone,  It is March and it is also my Birthday Month my Birthday is March 15th I will be 26 years old. It is also Women's History Month, I have to decided to do this movie to celebrate it.

I have decided to write about one of my favorite movies Joyful noise it stars Queen Latifah, Dolly Parton and Keke Palmer. 

It starts out with the Gospel director named Bernard Sparrow who has an untimely death in Pacashau Georgia, we first meet VI Rose Hill who is the mother of two teenage kids alone, she takes control of the choir using the traditional gospel style that their pastor Dale approves of. 

However there is a problem another lady of the church named GG the main benefactor of the church believes that she should have been given the position of being in charge of the choir. 

 Like in previous years the choir reaches the regional finals of the national amateur joyful noise competition only to be saddened when the choir they are competing against beats them, and the town is having some troubles they are having budget problems and it leading to a threat that to close down the choir at a time when the town needs music the most. 

VI Rose has a son named Walter and he has Aspergers syndrome, and she also has a beautiful and talented daughter named Olivia who despises and is getting tired of her moms household rules.

GG has recently started taking care of her Drifted and Rebellious grandson Randy he is inflated with Olivia and a romance blossoms between them, Vi Rose doesn't approve her and randys relationship,you will see how that plays out when you watch the movie.  Olivia also has a suitor named Manny, he likes Olivia a lot. 

At Randy''s consistent Urging he gets GG and Olivia and most of the choir to believe the Contemporary arrangements prepared by him will make the choir successful and win.

 Good news happens for the choir  ,they may have a chance at the national finals competition when their competition is found to have cheated by hiring professionals, they run into another problem the pastor of the church says the church will not sponsor them unless they continue to use the reverent, traditional style.  

VI Roses husband Marcus is enlisted in the Army he was having trouble finding work at home and it saddens his family and friends and causes a rift between Vi Rose and Olivia. 

 You will also see good things happen with Vi Rose and Olivia's relationship it starts out a little rocky and they don't seem to get along in the beginning you will see they both end up happy and it will put a smile on your face.

In the movie you will see the different situations and moments the choir goes through and the different things and storylines the characters go through, they make you feel like you are part of the journey and will keep you on the edge of your seat the whole movie and will keep you wandering what is going to happen next in the movie.

I decided to write about this movie because I love music and I have been singing as long as I can remember, I have always loved to sing.

 It brings a lot of joy and happiness to my heart and to other people I have received a lot of compliments on my singing voice, it has brought people to tears and smiles to their faces and hearts. 

I sang one of the songs that is played in the movie in my senior year of high school ,  I sang Man in the Mirror Keke Palmers Version.

 I enjoyed it a lot. Everyone was clapping along and smiling, they enjoyed the whole performance and my Chorus Teacher and my godmother helped me prepare and practice the song. My Chrous Teacher was surprised and shocked he was very happy and excited for me.

I also wanted to congratulate Keke on becoming a Mom, she is an incredible Person and young lady, She shines very brightly and has done a lot of amazing and wonderful things in her career. She has a beautiful and lovely singing voice and  a wonderful Personality. 

I know and believe she is a great and amazing mother. The joy in her face of being a mom shines so brightly. She is one of my favorite actresses. 

Queen Latifah and Dolly Parton do an amazing and incredible Job in the movie too, you will really enjoy their characters and performance they really pull you into the movie. I know you all will love this movie.

I recommend this movie to anyone who loves musical movies and Comedy.

Father of The Bride 2

 Hey Everyone!  I hope you all had a Merry Christmas, We are coming to end of 2022, and beginning a new Chapter of 2023! 

I am very excited about what is coming in 2023, I know it will be a Fantastic and amazing year! I have decided to write about the movie Father of the Bride 2 Starring Steve Martin, Kimberley Williams and Diane Keaton. It is my favorite Sequel to Father of the Bride 1. 

The Film starts out four years after the first movie with Annie being Married to Bryan and George is narrating about he is ready to be an empty nester with his kids grown up now. 

Annie decides to visit her mom dad and brother, while she is visiting with them she tells them that she is pregnant and that makes George very scared and he immediately begins to panic he is not ready to be a grandfather he feels he is too young, at his job he has his assistant who helps him make a list of people who are older than him who are grandfathers. 

He also dyes his hair brown and convinces Nina to sell their home that both Annie and Matt grew up in if another problem comes up in the house. 

A couple weeks, guess what Termites make their way into the house and George decides to sell the House without his Wife's Nina's knowing he sells it to a family named the Habibs. 

Annie and her husband Bryan are over for a family Dinner and discussing what the baby's last name will be and if it will be hyphenated or not, that is when George drops the news that he sold the house, Nina is very upset mad as a Hatter like from Alice in Wonderland, they have to be out in Ten days,  they don't have anyplace to go. 

They decide to stay at a mansion owned by Bryan's Parents.  They have to deal with  Bryan's parent's dogs they are dobermans, the parents are on a cruise in the Caribbean's George isn't a big fan of their dogs because he had a previous experience with them that he didn't like. 

You will notice when you watch the movie Nina begins experiencing different symptoms and she is feeling different, she also has a surprise she goes to the doctor to get checked out and to see what the problem is, and she is pregnant too. 

With the surprising news about Nina being Pregnant they run into their friend Franck, he helped Annie, Nina and George with Annie's wedding. 

He is very excited and elated about both Annie and Nina being Pregnant. 

George and Nina both have different perspectives about her being pregnant and raising another child,they slowly and surely welcome the change about being new parents again, but George being George switches gears again and believes he is to old to be a new father and raise a kid.

He and Nina go over to their daughter Annie's to announce the news to them and his feeling about the new baby spills over while he is over there and Nina is feeling very overwhelmed, and emotional and upset, she tells George not to come home with her. 

George decides to go for a walk, and he sees that his house that he sold is about to get destroyed he tells the person that is about to destroy that he is going to be a new father and that he puts the bricks on the pathway with his own hands. 

He wants to bring his new baby to the house that all his children have been born in and have memories in. The original buyer of the house decides to give George his house back he wants to be payed up front, he gives him the money and decides to hire Frank as a baby shower planner, a couple weeks before the baby is set to come in the world Bryan is called of to a business trip in Japan so Annie and Nina is left in the care of George and Franck.

 You will love the next parts that happen in the movie, there a lot of funny scenes and warm heartfelt scenes and you will see how they are preparing for the babies and all the running around that George does for Annie and Nina, He has a few funny situations that happen to him in the movie it will make you laugh a lot and leave you with a smile on your face and in your heart! It is one of my favorite movies. You will love the hospital scenes with the babies being born and the ending is really cute too!

I decided to write about this movie because It is a movie that makes you feel good and happy, and with everything going on in the world, I think we could use some laughter and happiness! Like Ecclesiastes Chapter 3 there is a time for everything, there is a time to a cry and a time to laugh. I think this is a time to laugh, laughter fills the soul and spirit and makes it happy and will make you feel good! 

I also really enjoy Steve Martin and Kimberley Williams movies, they do an outstanding Job and really get into the characters they are playing in their movies and it seems like they are the real person they are playing in the movie, they make it believable. I want to go into 2023 being Happy and Joyful like the Happy and Joyful girl I am and continue to encourage people and put a smile on peoples faces!

My favorite scene from the movie is when Nina and George find out they are going to be parents again and the way George acts is very funny! He is very surprised and shocked about the whole thing, I think it will make you laugh. I also like the scene where he interacts with the dogs thats a hilarious scene that makes me laugh a lot too!

I recommend this movie to anyone who wants to have a good laugh and check out a Steve Martin Movie! You will love it!

Christmas 🎄 With the Kranks

 Hey Everyone!!! It’s December, my favorite Holiday! I love Christmas very much.

 I love all the movies and the music and the Happiness and joy. To celebrate the Christmas season, I have decided to write about one of my favorite Christmas movies Christmas with the Kranks.

It stars Jamie lee Curtis and Tim Allen, Dan Ayrokd and Julie Gonzollo. The main characters are Luther and Nora they have a daughter named Blair and they are from Riverside Illinois. 

They are dropping Blair off for the peace corps assignment  in Peru on the Sunday following Thanksgiving. 

And their empty nesting syndrome is setting in. Luther starts calculating how much they have spent during the holiday season, they spent $6,132 dollars and they are not looking forward to celebrating Christmas without their daughter Blair, he comes up with an idea, he suggests they use the money usually spent on holiday stuff and entertainment, they treat themselves to a holiday ten day Carribean Cruise instead. Luther wants to boycott the holiday and Nora agrees with him.

Their neighbors are getting ready for Christmas and Luther and Nora are considered pariahs because they are skipping Christmas, the people who are most vocal about it are their neighbors Vic Frohymer and Walt Scheel. 

Vic is the leader of Their street, and he Organizes a campaign to force the Kranks to decorate their home. 

And Walt isn’t a big fan of Luther, his efforts are personal, It is revealed that Walt’s wife Bev is suffering from cancer and that makes his holiday spirit sad.  Luther’s neighbors are doing different things to get them to celebrate the holiday, you will see in the movie what they do to get the Kranks to celebrate with them.

The Kranks later are packing for their cruise when they receive a telephone call and it is Blair who says that she is at the Miami International airport, en route home with her fiancé Enrique and she asks her parents if they are having their usual holiday party and they say yes. 

And after they hang up things start getting chaotic, because they are decorating the house and coordinate a party with only twelve hours to get it together before their daughter and and son in law arrive

. When you see the movie, you will see all the situations they go through and everything they have to do to get ready for the party. 

And how they deal with their neighbors and all the hurdles and hoops they go through to make sure everything is good for Blair and her fiancé when they arrive. There are a few funny Christmas scenes in the movie that will make you laugh out loud and put a smile on your face. 

I am a big family person . I love celebrating holidays with my family, it is very fun and exciting. We watch the Christmas Story every year as a Christmas tradition and open one Christmas present every Christmas Eve.

 I also sing different Christmas Songs and take fun Christmas selfies to celebrate the day and I watch the Disney Christmas parade, it brightens up my morning. 

And I call my family and friends to tell them Merry Christmas. Christmas is very special to me because it always brings a smile to my face and it is filled with so much Happiness joy and exciting moments. Christmas is also the season for Miracles and hope.

My favorite scene from the movie is when Nora goes to the grocery store to look for a ham and she runs into a couple funny situations when she is looking for the ham and trying to get it, It will make you laugh when you watch the movie. It is a very funny scene. 

I recommend this movie to anyone who loves watching Christmas family comedies.
